Services Offered
Individual Therapy
We all deserve a place where we can feel safe and supported. It is my mission to provide a genuine, non-judgmental, and empathic space for you to explore your concerns and work towards your personal goals. I believe therapy is meant to help you develop greater understanding and acceptance of yourself, including examining your past while building your ideal future. I work collaboratively with clients to share their thoughts, process their emotions and experiences, develop insight, improve their relationships, and build skills for managing distress.
Generally, I draw from person-centered, interpersonal, and schema therapies, though I tailor my approach based on each individual’s unique strengths and needs. I have experience and enjoy working with adolescents and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship concerns, identity development, addiction, ADHD, and those on the Autism spectrum.
